Once your order has been processed and shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Multiple Shipments
Depending on product availability and fulfillment location, items in the same order may ship separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Separate shipments do not necessarily mean something is missing. Your remaining items may still be on the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, please first check the tracking information and confirm that the shipping address is correct.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check:
- Around your front door, mailbox, lobby, mailroom, reception, or parcel locker.
- With household members, neighbors, building staff, or office reception.
- Whether the carrier left a delivery notice.
- Whether the address entered at checkout was correct.
If the package is still missing, contact us as soon as possible. We will help guide you through the next steps, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of:
- The outer shipping package.
- The product packaging.
- The damaged item.
- The shipping label, if visible.

We may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or other solution depending on the issue and available evidence.
